It seems now more than ever our society is experiencing a hefty load of anxiety despite the advancement created to “make life easier.” Young people speak of anxiety like it’s a best friend that simply needs to be managed here and there.  If you are experiencing anxiety and want to begin to sever the relationship, continue reading to view the pathways that lead to anxiety.

As your wellness tactician, I am here to provide tools to help you Work On your Wellness Wish and thereby activating   and maintaining that WOWW!Factor. A lifestyle of stress and anxiety are antithetical to having that WOWW!Factor. The good news is there are ways to reduce stress and mitigate its long-term impact on your body allowing you to live a vibrant, productive , peaceful life.

These pathways to peace help to create space for living as someone who has that WOWW!Factor. Want to dig deeper?  Take out your journal and determine HOW you are regularly fulfilling these pathways and/or WHAT you need to do to make these pathways a part of your daily living.  Also, check out my book WOWW!
