Dr. Love-Walker was born in Columbus, OH and is a graduate of Westerville North High School. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Pre-Med/Biology with a concentration in psychology from Denison University in Granville, OH.  She completed college in three and a half years and earned her medical degree from Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton, OH.  She completed her internship at Riverside Methodist Hospital, and her residency at Mt. Carmel Health in Internal Medicine.

She has served as teaching faculty for a number of years at Mt. Carmel Health, and is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the department of Internal Medicine at The Ohio State University where she has served as an attending and a mentor to many 3rd and 4th year medical students.

Dr. Love-Walker was a senior partner and medical director at her previous practices.  Currently, she is president and CEO of her solo concierge, Internal Medicine practice in Columbus, Your Private MD. With her new practice, she is able to provide a different doctor-patient experience which allows for more time with each patient, making sure patients are educated about their health, and dialogue is encouraged.  She is excited to be able to act as her patient’s personal healthcare advocate. Dr. Love-Walker focuses not only on disease management, but actively promotes overall health and wellness. 

Dr. Love-Walker often shares the message of the importance of early screening for disease, staying fit and living healthy to all of her patients, and to the community at large.  She is an Ambassador to End Stroke with the American Heart Association, and is a strong supporter of the fight against breast cancer, heart disease and diabetes.

Dr. Nicholas Southworth

Dr. Nicholas Southworth

Dr. Nicholas Southworth graduated from St Charles Preparatory High School in Columbus, Ohio, where he participated in football, wrestling, track, and golf. He then attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio where he continued to participate in track. While at Miami he was an active member of Delta Upsilon Fraternity, as well as student government. He graduated from Miami in 2006 Pre-Med with a B.A. in Biology/Zoology. He went on to attend Logan College of Chiropractic where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2011.

Dr. Southworth is a certified A.R.T. (Active Release Technique) practitioner. He implements this technique on both professional and amateur athletes as well as his adjustments for the general public.

Dr. Southworth takes pride as an active member of his local community. His primary goal is to empower people to live healthier, pain and drug-free lives through education of the chiropractic lifestyle. He has donated numerous hours, by conducting workshops to a variety of businesses, police and fire departments, social clubs, and surrounding communities.

Dr. Christofides

Dr. Christofides is dual board-certified in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism as well as Internal Medicine. She received both her undergraduate and medical degrees from The Ohio State University. She completed her internal medicine residency at Mount Carmel Medical Center and her fellowship training in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism at Louisiana State University Medical Center in New Orleans.

She is a Fellow of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists (AACE), the highest honor in her specialty. She has served as President of the Ohio River Regional Chapter of AACE, President of the Ohio Chapter of the American Diabetes Association (ADA), Chair of the Medical Advisory Board of the Central Ohio Diabetes Association (CODA) and a member of its Board of Directors. She is affiliated with Mt. Carmel Hospitals and with Specialty Select Hospitals.

Brett E. Gilbert, D.D.S.

Dr. Brett E. Gilbert graduated from the University of Maryland Dental School in 2001 and completed his postgraduate training in Endodontics from the University of Maryland Dental School in 2003.

He is currently a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Endodontics at the University of Illinois-Chicago, College of Dentistry and on staff at Presence Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago. He is a past-president of the Illinois Association of Endodontists. Dr. Gilbert is board certified, a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics. He was named a top ten young dental educator in America by the Seattle Study Club in 2017. In 2019 he was named to Academic Keys Who’s Who in Dentistry Higher Education (WWDHE). Dr. Gilbert lectures nationally and internationally on clinical endodontics. Dr. Gilbert has a full-time private practice limited to Endodontics in Niles, Illinois.
