What if I need additional wellness coaching beyond the self-paced courses?

We are not offering individual or group coaching at this time; however, please submit your request/concern to support@wowwfactorwomen.com expressing this need as we will be making changes to offer these services in the near future.


What if I want to hire Pia Fitzgerald to speak and I am not a student in one of the courses?

Speaking engagements are NOT contingent upon being a student in any of the courses or a current client.


What if I need more time to finish my online, self-paced course?

Once your course has expired, simply re-purchase the course again to get the same allotted time. You can purchase the course as many times as necessary.


What if I don’t have an accountability partner at this time to start my wellness journey?

Studies show that you are more likely to achieve your goal with an accountability partner. This is why we STRONGLY suggest you having an accountability partner to support you along the journey. You may STILL take the courses WITHOUT an accountability partner.


What if I need to pause my COURSE participation?

Courses are not able to be paused as the minute you purchase you have immediate access to consume the material. Therefore, no pause, cancellation or refunds will be granted.


What if we want to schedule a virtual coach to attend one of our group sessions?

Virtual coaching is not available at this time. Please email us at support@wowwfactorwomen.com if this is something you are interested in for future possibilities.
